- A screenshot, provided it does not contain sensitive business information.
Subscriptions and free trials
Foodeco Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. New eligible subscribers may receive a one-month free trial. Apple confirms the price, trial eligibility and renewal terms before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the Apple Account subscription settings before the renewal date.
Restore a purchase
Open the Foodeco Pro screen and select Restore Purchase. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Local records
In the current version, operational records and photo attachments are stored locally on the device. Regularly export important PDF reports and save them in a secure location.
Account and privacy requests
For account access, correction or deletion requests, email foodeco.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Foodeco account.
