1. About Foodeco
Foodeco is a digital record-keeping tool for food businesses. It helps users organize hygiene checks, temperatures, food-process records and PDF reports.
2. Professional responsibility
Foodeco does not replace professional food-safety advice, official inspections, legal documentation requirements or the obligations of the business operator.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of records, the safety of food operations and compliance with all laws, procedures and standards that apply to your business.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Information supplied during registration must be accurate and current.
4. Subscriptions and free trials
Full access requires a Foodeco Pro subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple.
New eligible subscribers may receive a one-month free trial. Eligibility, pricing and renewal information are displayed by Apple before purchase. Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews at the applicable monthly price.
Cancellation and subscription management are handled through Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not normally remove access before the end of the current paid or trial period.
5. Local storage and backups
In the current version, business records and photo attachments are stored locally on the device. You are responsible for exporting and securely retaining reports or records that must be preserved.
Device loss, app deletion, operating-system changes or storage failure may result in loss of local information.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Foodeco unlawfully or to create intentionally false records.
- Attempt to bypass subscriptions, security or access controls.
- Interfere with or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
- Use the service in a way that harms other users or service providers.
7. Availability and changes
Features may be updated, changed or removed as the service develops. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimer
Foodeco is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that using Foodeco alone will satisfy any specific inspection, certification, contractual or regulatory requirement.
9. Apple terms
Use of the iOS application is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA .
